At WMV Homes we work hard to find the most affordable home for our visitors while maintaining our commitment to comfort and convenience. We believe that everyone has their own preferences, so we have prepared different homestay packages to suit a variety of different individuals. Packages vary in location between Washington, Maryland, and Virginia.
Homestay Packages

Application fee
An application fee of $150 will be charged to you when you apply. This fee will cover:
- Application proccess.
- Search and screening of suitable homes.
- Interview, screening, and approval of host family.
- Acclimation and coaching of each host family about their new guest.
- Orientation.
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival.
All fees are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full at the time of arrival.
Additional Services
- Airport pick-up is $60
- Pick-up and return is $90
- Additional one-on-one orientation (TBD)
